Title III – Management Institute
Goal:
To inform school district personnel of the federal and state requirements of Title III No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and assist them in the development of programs to improve English language proficiency as well as academic achievement of English language learners.

- • Testing/Measurement Personnel
- • Institutes of Higher Education with teacher preparation programs for Bilingual Education/English as a Second Language
- • Program Evaluators
